September 6-7, 2016 -- Clinton has a conspiracy fact to explain

During her first press conference in 275 days, while flying on her maiden voyage on her campaign's Boeing 737, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton responded to rumors about her poor health by saying, "I am not concerned about the conspiracy theories . . . There are so many of them I have lost track of them." Clinton had to cut short her press gaggle when she began coughing uncontrollably, something that reoccurred during a campaign speech in Cleveland later in the day.

Regardless of Clinton's self-described "conspiracy theories" concerning her health, one conspiracy fact she has not dealt with is found in a volley of leaked emails from her private servers.

The emails in question were sent between then-Secretary of State Clinton and aide Jake Sullivan on February 26, 2011. The emails dealt with "holding the Qaddafi government accountable" and it was sent during the time that the Obama administration was backing mainly jihadist rebels trying to oust Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi during the "Arab Spring" operations. The final paragraph in Clinton's public statement on Libya appears to have been vetted first by a mysterious entity called "Minerva."

The paragraph in question is: "
We have always said that the Qaddafi government's future is a matter for the Libyan people to decide, and they have made themselves clear. When a leader's only means of staying in power is to use mass violence against his own people, he has lost the legitimacy to rule and needs to do what is right for his country by leaving, and the sooner the better. Moammar [sic] Qaddafi has lost the confidence of his people and he should go without further bloodshed and violence. The Libyan people deserve a government that is responsive to their aspirations and that protects their universally recognized human rights."

Sullivan appears to be answering a previous question posed by Clinton: "
Do you think the last paragraph violates the owl/minerva [sic] rule?" The paragraph, as stated above, basically orders Qaddafi to leave Libya. Sullivan replies, "They [Minerva] are fine with the last paragraph." Clinton, in a reply, reiterates Sullivan's statement about Minerva, "Ok--and Minerva agrees."

Who or what is Minerva and what right does this entity have in issuing a "rule" for conducting U.S. foreign policy?

Hillary Clinton's "Minerva Rule" is derived from an Israeli policy center that exercised control over her foreign policy

As best as can be determined, "Minerva's Rule" is a product of the neo-conservative think tank world of Brookings Institution academe Robert Kagan, the husband of Clinton's then-spokeswoman and later Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland. Essentially, "Minervian" powers are delegated by multilateral institutions to create a system of globalist control. The Minervian powers are designated as the United States, European Union, Canada, and Japan. Minervian principles are based on George Soros tenets of civil society and non-governmental organizations (NGO) coalitions to bring about political change under the umbrella of multilateral institutions as the United
Nations, the International Criminal Court, and the World Trade Organization. The term "Minerva" is derived from the Minerva Center for the Rule of Law under Extreme Conditions at Israel's University of Haifa Faculty of Law and the Geography and Environmental Studies Department. The Minerva Center works closely with the
Institute of Law & Economics at the University of Hamburg in Germany.

As Secretary of State, it is clear that Clinton subjugated U.S. foreign policy to dictates of an Israeli policy center supplemented by the neocon foreign policy strategies formulated by Robert Kagan and Victoria Nuland and associated think tanks.

As far as the "owl" part of Clinton's overriding rule, it could be a reference to "owls" versus "doves" and "hawks" involved in developing foreign policy. "Owls" are considered to embrace wiser policies over the peaceful ideas of "doves" and war-oriented aims of "hawks." It could also refer to the "Owl of Minerva," the journal of the Hegel Society of America. The Hegelian dialectic of "shock" and "reaction," which is naturally followed by draconian state rule, serves as the basis for the shock doctrine efforts of George Soros. Recent shock events that resulted in increased state control over the population include the 9/11 attacks on the United States and Muslim migrant mass influx into Europe.

The U.S. backing of the overthrow of Qaddafi was supported by the Israeli government and Binyamin Netanyahu's personal intermediaries to Libyan jihadist rebels, including French philosopher Bernard-Henry Levy. In the case of "Minerva" and Hegelian "Owl" dialectics holding sway over U.S. foreign policy, Mrs. Clinton's own emails indicate that one alleged "conspiracy theory," Israeli and Soros control over her foreign policy, is a "conspiracy fact."
